Singapore International Water Week to be Rescheduled to 20-24 June 2021 | |||
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have been monitoring the situation closely. The safety and well-being of our participants and our wider communities are our first priority. With COVID-19 declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, Singapore and countries worldwide have issued various restrictions, including on travel and large events. Based on these considerations, we have taken the decision to reschedule the Singapore International Water Week from 5 – 9 July 2020 to 20 – 24 June 2021. An advisory note has been released on Friday 20 March, jointly with the World Cities Summit and the Clean EnviroSummit Singapore. You may click here to read the advisory note in full. We recognise that this is a difficult and necessary decision. We believe that rescheduling the Singapore International Water Week to June 2021 will give us the best opportunity to deliver a safe and outstanding event for the global water community, with higher participation by partners and stakeholders. We have already started thinking, planning ahead and working on SIWW 2021, and will keep you informed of developments through our website, social media channels and email updates. Meanwhile, please block your calendar for the new dates of SIWW 2021. Please reach out to us at info@siww.com.sg if you have any questions. We seek your understanding and thank you for your continued support. Please keep safe, in these difficult times. Thank you. Best regards, Singapore International Water Week Secretariat |
